Ground Floor
On the ground floor is a fabulous, spacious dining-kitchen with quality appliances, granite work surfaces and wood burning stove, a utility room, a sun room and a cloakroom/WC. There is also access to the private rear garden with seating.
First Floor
On the first floor is a delightful sitting room with wood burning stove-style gas fire, TV and doors that open to a covered terrace. There is also a double bedroom and a smart bathroom with shower over, WC and hand wash basin.
Second Floor
Door leads from the landing to a superb decked sun-terrace. This floor also has a charming twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, luxury master bedroom suite with sitting area plus a private stairway that leads to a simply wonderful bathroom with roll-top bath.
Outside
Beautiful, private gardens with seating and a covered courtyard with bike storage. Also a decked sun-terrace with seating and sea, beach, harbour and Abbey views on the second floor. A marvellous place to sit, relax and sunbathe.
